Accessibility Statement for the website www.himmelsscheibe-erleben.de

Kulturbetriebe Burgenlandkreis GmbH is committed to making its website and mobile applications accessible in accordance with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This statement is based on the Disability Equality Act of the state of Saxony-Anhalt (BGG LSA) and the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance Saxony-Anhalt (BGGVO LSA).

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.himmelsscheibe-erleben.de.

Status of Accessibility

A simplified external audit to assess compliance with accessibility requirements for the website was carried out on 24 July 2025. The website is currently only partially accessible. Overall, it currently meets approximately 60% of the tested success criteria. Kulturbetriebe Burgenlandkreis GmbH is making every effort to remedy the identified shortcomings and to progressively improve the accessibility of the website.

Non-accessible content

  1. Non-text content: Some non-text content (e.g. images) does not have sufficient text alternatives. This affects, among other things, the display of logos.
  2. Information and relationships: Structures such as headings or relationships between content elements are not consistently marked up correctly, which makes machine readability more difficult.
  3. Contrast (minimum): The visual presentation of text and text-based images does not always achieve the required contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
  4. Link purpose (in context): The purpose of some links is not clearly identifiable from the link text or its context.
  5. Headings and labels: Headings and labels are not always clearly or appropriately formulated. The hierarchical structure of headings is partly inconsistent.
  6. Syntax analysis: Syntax errors occur in the source code of some pages, which may impair accessible use.
