Visitors with hearing impairments
We summarised several important notes regarding the accessibility of our locations. They are based on the »Reisen für Alle« report (only in German).
- There is no clearly recognizable alarm device.
- There is no inductive Assistive listening device.
- Outgoing distress calls in the elevator have a mandatory acoustic confirmation system. Alternatively, a staircase can be used.
- At the Bistro, light and blend-free tables are available. No standing or hanging stark lights compromise the field of sight. The seating area is in a low-noise surrounding.
In the exhibition, information is mainly distributed in written form. But there are also acoustic devices disseminating information.
- An Audioguide is available in English and French, as well as with a transcription for visitors with seeing impairments.
